It covers a wide range of disciplines related to the world of organizations and business, such as Business and Organizational Studies, Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, etc. Nevertheless, the scope of the Journal is not merely limited to these facets of organizations and business, as the authors are at liberty to contribute their distinct, genuine and valuable academic papers of the related fields in the Journal.
